摘　　要：EPC模式的应用其主要优势体现在能够全方位、全过程参与项目成本控制,从整体层面上实现对于项目的优化和管理,确保项目有序推进。而竣工验收阶段成本管理,对于整个项目的成本有着直接影响。基于此,本文简要介绍了EPC模式的含义、特点以及成本管控要点,明确了竣工验收阶段的成本管理内容,并结合实际经验,探讨了竣工结算阶段工程项目造价控制的有效措施,以期能够为相关从业人员提供有效参考。The main advantage of the application of the EPC model is that it can participate in the cost control of the project in an all-round and whole-process way,realize the optimization and management of the project from the overall level,and ensure the orderly progress of the project.The cost management in the completion acceptance stage has a direct impact on the cost of the entire project.Based on this,this paper briefly introduces the meaning,characteristics and key points of cost control of the EPC model,clarifies the cost management content in the completion acceptance stage,and discusses the effective measures for project cost control in the completion settlement stage based on actual experience,in order to provide relevant Practitioners provide valid references.
