摘　　要：现阶段我国PPP模式发展较快,在决策阶段进行物有所值(VFM)评价十分重要。对评价方法上对定性过程进行改良,采用熵值法调整相应评价指标的权重,重新计算评价分数。并以荆州某项目为例进行计算,对提出的评价体系改进的合理性进行了进一步验证。At present,China's PPP model is developing rapidly,and it is very important to evaluate value for money(VFM)in the decision-making stage.The qualitative process of the evaluation method is improved,the entropy method is used to adjust the weight of the corresponding evaluation index,and the evaluation score is recalculated.Taking a project in Jingzhou as an example,the rationality of the improvement of the proposed evaluation system is further verified.
