摘  要:介绍了一种利用LTC6362构成的差分驱动电路的应用设计,电路采用3.24 kΩ高精度电阻进行比例衰减以满足ADS1278的输入信号要求,同时分析弱信号对HUMS系统多通道差分驱动电路的影响。通过对实际电路进行不同弱交直流信号的输入测试,根据不同通道输出信号的误差分析定位故障原因,并通过Multisim仿真模拟故障情况,结合仿真数据进一步分析电阻精度误差和运放的失调电压对电路的影响。设计的差分驱动电路在HUMS系统中用于的调理电路上输出的多路振动信号,同时为后端模数转换芯片提供驱动能力,为实现后端数据处理提供需求信号。实际产品设计及生产验证表明方案可行,为相关从业人员提供了一种设计参考。The practical design of differential drive circuit composed of LTC6362 was introduced.The circuit used 3.24 kΩhigh precision resistance to attenuate signal for meeting the input signal requirements of ADS1278.And the impact of weak AC/DC signal on multichannel differential drive circuit of HUMS system was analyzed.In addition,through inputing different weak AC/DC signals in the practical circuit,the fault cause was analyzed according to the output signal error of different channels.Moreover,through using Multisim to simulate and combining the simulation data,the impact of the accuracy error of resistance and the offset voltage of operational amplifier on the circuit was analyzed.The differential drive circuit of HUMS system designed was used to condition multichannel vibration signals which were produced by vibration acceleration sensors onboard and provided drive capability for analog-digital converter which provided the conditioned signals for data processing in the follow-up circuits.The actual product design and production verification show that the scheme is feasible,which provides a design reference for relevant practitioners.
