摘  要:针对液体火箭发动机阀门的生产过程管理信息化水平较低,无法实现生产现场的实时管控、无法追踪生产任务进度等问题,改变纸质化生产流程模式,实现阀门生产现场的电子化、自动化和信息化,拟开发一套液体火箭发动机阀门生产信息化管理系统,实现液体火箭发动机阀门生产过程的信息化管理。在液体火箭发动机阀门生产信息化管理系统中通过二维码等工具实时记录、统计、分析阀门生产过程中实物的位置、状态、数量、时间和使用信息,对产品、材料、设备、人员、工具等进行全生命周期管理,实现实物管理的闭环运行,可实现液体火箭发动机阀门生产过程无纸化,提高车间工作效率,优化工艺流程,实现内部资源与信息的集成。In view of the low level of informatization in the production process management of liquid rocket engine valves,which can not realize the real-time management and control of the production site,and can not track the progress of production tasks,the paper-based production process mode was changed to realize the electronization,automation and informatization of the valve production site,and a set of information management system for liquid rocket engine valve production was proposed,to realize the information management of liquid rocket engine valve production process.In the information management system of liquid rocket engine valve production,the position,status,quantity,time and use information of the material object in the valve production process were recorded,counted and analyzed in real time by means of two-dimensional code and other tools,so as to manage the whole life cycle of products,materials,equipment,personnel and tools,and the closed-loop operation of the material object management was realized.It can realize paperless production process of liquid rocket engine valve,improve workshop work efficiency,optimize process flow,and realize the integration of internal resources and information.
