摘  要:在人工育苗条件下,养殖大黄鱼所需的生物饵料由于成本高、营养成分和产量不稳定,已经不能满足育苗生产的需求,用微胶囊饲料替代生物饵料已成为一种趋势。试验以10日龄的大黄鱼稚鱼[(2.62±0.24)mg/尾]为研究对象,进行为期32 d的养殖试验,使用微胶囊饲料(MED)分别代替0%、25%、50%与75%的生物饵料(LP),分别对25、42日龄大黄鱼稚鱼消化酶的活性进行测定。结果显示:在25、42日龄时,0%~50%替代组大黄鱼稚鱼的蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性随着微胶囊饲料替代水平的升高而升高,50%~75%替代组蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶活性随着替代水平升高而下降。从消化酶活性角度分析,在大黄鱼育苗过程中,可使用优质微胶囊饲料替代25%~50%的生物饵料。Under artificial fry breeding conditions,the biological bait required for the culture of Pseudosciaena crocea has not been able to meet the needs of fry breeding production due to high cost,unstable nutrient composition and yield,and replacing biological bait with microencapsulated feeds has become a trend.Taking the 10-day old juvenile Pseudosciaena crocea[(2.62±0.24)mg/fish]as the research object,a 32-day culture experiment was conducted.Microencapsulated feeds(MED)were used to replace 0%,25%,50%and 75%of biological bait(LP)respectively,and the activities of digestive enzymes of 25-day old and 42-day old juvenile Pseudosciaena crocea were measured respectively.The results showed that at 25 and 42 days of age,the activities of protease,lipase and amylase in 0%~50%substitution group juvenile Pseudosciaena crocea increased with the increase of microencapsulated feed substitution level,and the activities of protease,lipase and amylase in 50%~75%substitution group decreased with the increase of microencapsulated feed substitution level.From the point of view of digestive enzyme activity,high-quality microencapsulated feed could be used to replace 25%~50%of biological bait in the process of Pseudosciaena crocea fry breeding.
