摘　　要：作为初次参与"物理化学"课程教学的年轻老师,总结了课程教学的心得体会:丰富知识储备,生动课堂引入,注意讲课技巧和完善课程评价。不断提高自身素质,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,争取早日成为一名"四有"好教师。As a young teacher who participated in the teaching of "physical chemistry" for the first time, the author summarized some teaching experiences: rich knowledge reserve, vivid classroom introduction, paying attention to teaching skills and improving curriculum evaluation. Constantly improve their own quality, give full play to the subjective initiative of students, strive to become a "Four Haves" good teacher as soon as possible.
