摘　　要：在无人机+行业应用不断深入拓展的背景下,参考无人机在河南省特大暴雨灾害救援中的应用实践,分析当前应急救援中的任务难点,将无人机所具备的独特优势灵活运用到应急救援中,创新应用方法,可以在应急侦查、指挥调度、高效搜救、通信中继、物资投送等诸多方面发挥不可或缺的作用,并进一步挖掘其潜力,从而提升应急管理部门对突发事件的预防和应急处置能力。Under the background of the continuous expansion of the application of UAV+industry,referring to the application practice of UAV in the rescue of heavy rain disaster in Henan Province,it analyzes the difficulties in the current emergency rescue tasks,flexibly applies the unique advantages of UAV to the emergency rescue,and innovates the application methods in this paper.It can play an indispensable role in emergency investigation,command and dispatch,efficient search and rescue,communication relay,material delivery and many other aspects,and further tap its potential,so as to improve the emergency management department's ability to prevent and deal with emergencies.
