摘　　要：以江苏省建湖县干部人事档案专审工作实践为例,介绍了干部人事档案专审工作情况,分析了干部人事档案专审工作存在法治意识比较淡薄、法规体系尚不完善、执法必严不够到位等突出问题,从深"学"广"宣",提升依法治档意识;建"章"立"制",规范档案管理秩序;专"审"细"核",确保档案真实可靠;严"查"重"惩",守牢依法治档底线等方面论述了干部人事档案专审工作路径。Taking the practice of special review of cadre personnel files in Jianhu County, Jiangsu Province as an example, the situation of special review of personnel files of cadres is introduced, and the situation of special review of personnel files of cadres is analyzed. Insufficient strictness in place and other outstanding issues, deepen ’Learning’and ’publicizing’ to enhance the awareness of governing files according to law;establishing ’chapters’ and ’systems’ to standardize the order of Archives management;focusing on ’examination’ and ’verification’ to ensure the authenticity and reliability of Archives;Strict ’inspection’ and heavy ’punishment’, keeping the bottom line of file management according to law and other aspects discussed the work path of cadre personnel file special review.
