摘　　要：目的研究不同年龄段甲状腺癌患者精确放疗敏感性的影响因素分析。方法选取105例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,依据年龄分布情况分为青年组(n=233)、中年组(n=235)及老年组(n=237),分析在不同年龄段甲状腺癌患者中精确放疗的敏感性。结果不同年龄段患者的肿瘤体积、分化程度及增敏化疗次数存在明显差异(P<0.05);Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,以精确放疗敏感性为因变量,其相关影响因素包括年龄、分化程度、肿瘤直径及增敏次数(P<0.05)。结论精确放疗敏感性可更有效控制甲状腺癌老年患者的病情发展,但也同样适用于甲状腺癌中年患者和青年患者。Objective To study the influencing factors of precise radiotherapy sensitivity for patients with thyroid cancer at different age.Methods A total of 105 patients with thyroid cancer were selected as the research objects.According to their age distribution,they were divided into youth group(n=33),middle-aged group(n=35)and elderly group(n=37),analyze and confirm the age distribution characteristics of radiotherapy sensitivity in patients with thyroid cancer.Results There were significant differences in tumor volume,degree of differentiation,and the number of sensitization chemotherapy in patients of different age groups(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the sensitivity of precise radiotherapy was used as the dependent variable,and the related factors included age and differentiation degree,tumor diameter and number of sensitization(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise radiotherapy sensitivity can more effectively control the development of elderly patients with thyroid cancer,but it is also suitable for middle-aged and young patients with thyroid cancer.
