低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者的临床效果。方法选取早期声门型喉癌患者68例,按手术方案不同分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),对照组予以喉部分切开术治疗,观察组予以低温等离子射频消融术治疗。对比两组围术期情况[手术时间、术中出血量、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、黏膜恢复评分]、术前、术后6个月语音变化情况(基频微扰、振幅微扰)、并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、VAS评分、黏膜恢复评分较对照组低(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组基频微扰、振幅微扰较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率[5.88%(2/34)]与对照组[14.71%(5/34)]对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌患者,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减轻术后疼痛,加快术后黏膜恢复,改善语音功能,且并发症发生率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for early glottic laryngeal carcinoma.Methods 68 patients with glottic laryngeal carcinoma were divided into the observation group(n=34)and the control group(n=34),The control group was treated with partial laryngectomy,The observation group was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.Compared the perioperative conditions of the 2 groups[time of operation,amount of intraoperative bleeding,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,mucosal recovery score],voice changes(fundamental frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation)before and 6 months after operation,incidence of complications.Results The operative time,blood loss,VAS score and mucosal recovery score in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);6 months after surgery,Basic frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was 5.88%(2/34)and 14.71%(5/34)(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation is used to treat early glottic laryngeal carcinoma,it can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,relieve postoperative pain,accelerating postoperative mucosal recovery,improve voice function,and the incidence of complications is low.
