摘　　要：目的分析椎管内肿瘤患者行切除术后切口发生并发症的危险因素。方法选取椎管内肿瘤患者76例,均行椎管内肿瘤切除术,将其中术后切口发生并发症的16例患者作为发生组,将术后切口未发生并发症的60例患者作为未发生组,收集2组性别、年龄、手术入路、手术时间、术中出血量、有无脑脊液渗漏等信息,分析术后切口发生并发症的危险因素。结果手术时间、手术入路、有无脑脊液渗漏为术后发生切口并发症的影响因素(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,前后路联合、手术时间>3 h、脑脊液渗漏为危险因素(P<0.05)。结论前后路联合术式、手术时间长、存在脑脊液渗漏为椎管内肿瘤患者行切除术后切口发生并发症的危险因素,临床可据此实施干预措施,以降低切口并发症发生风险。Objective To analyze the risk factors of incision complications in patients with intraspinal tumors after resection.Methods 76 patients with intraspinal tumors were treated with endovascular tumor resection.16 patients had postoperative incision complications,60 patients had no postoperative incision complications,To collect information on sex,age,operative approach,operative time,amount of bleeding,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid,To analyze the risk factors of postoperative incision complications.Results The operative time,operative approach and cerebrospinal fluid leakage were the influencing factors of postoperative incision complications(P<0.05);logistic regression analysis showed that anterior and posterior combination,operative time>3 h,cerebrospinal fluid leakage were risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusions Incision complications are the risk factors for patients with intraspinal tumors after resection,Clinical intervention,Reduce the risk of incision complications.
