摘  要:相对于陆基飞机,舰载机苛刻的使用环境对起落架、拦阻钩等系统及其机载设备的强度设计提出了更为苛刻的要求。需要有更完善的试验验证手段,对机载系统在弹射、着舰与拦阻冲击载荷作用下的动强度设计进行评估,对系统的可靠性进行考核。依据现有规范和实测数据,从舰载机弹射/拦阻冲击环境和试验系统构建入手,研究了试验条件由来、试验方案实施和控制策略优化过程中的关键参数,可为机载设备弹射/拦阻冲击试验提供规范指导和理论支撑,为结构损伤容限设计、耐久性设计、检验周期指定提供重要参考依据。Compared with land-based aircraft,the harsh service environment of carrier aircraft puts forward more stringent requirements for the strength design of landing gear,arresting hook and other systems and their airborne equipment.More perfect experimental verification means are needed to evaluate the dynamic strength design of the airborne system under the impact loads of ejection,landing and arresting,and to assess the reliability of the system.Based on the existing specifications and measured data,starting with the construction of launch/arresting impact environment and test system of shipborne aircraft,this paper studies the origin of test conditions,the implementation of test scheme and the key parameters in the optimization of control strategy,which can provide normative guidance and theoretical support for the launch/arresting impact test of airborne equipment,and provide reference for structural damage tolerance design,durability design and the designation of inspection cycle.
