补脾肾清肠毒方治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎机制探讨

摘　　要：慢性溃疡性结肠炎被世界公认为是一种难治性疾病,给患者身心造成非常大的痛苦。该院中医科根据多年临床经验,立足经典,汲取名家心得,总结出治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的经验方剂"补脾肾清肠毒方",以"补益脾肾、益气健脾、清热祛湿、调和气血"为治疗原则,兼顾温肾固摄、疏肝理脾,注重调节脾、肾、肝、肠的功能,强调温、清、和三管齐下,攻补兼施,临床疗效满意。该文从中医方面,对该病病因病机及理法方药进行阐释,为临床治疗提供参考。Chronic ulcerative colitis is recognized as a refractory disease in the world.It is difficult to recover and easy to relapse,which causes great pain to patients.According to years of clinical experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM Department of Dezhou People’s Hospital summed up the treatment method of“Bupishen Qingchangdu decoction”,with significant clinical effect.In this paper,the principles,methods,prescriptions and academic research were systematically explained to provide reference for clinical treatment.
