敦煌古医方五味子“角药”辨治前列腺疾病临床举隅

摘　　要：角药是3味中药的有机组合,是对中药应用的拓展,旨在提高临床疗效。五味子具有收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心之效,常用于治疗滑精遗尿,久泻不止,津伤口渴,自汗盗汗,心悸失眠,内热消渴诸多疾病,为临床治疗前列腺疾病常用中药。敦煌遗书中五味子与温阳化气、滋肾敛阴、温肾助阳、温阳散寒、补肾固精多种中药构成常用角药,用于治疗男性前列腺疾病之肾阴亏虚证、肾阳亏损证、气滞血瘀证、阳虚寒凝证、肝肾虚寒证,临床疗效颇佳。通过对敦煌遗书中五味子角药临证应用的举隅,总结五味子角药配伍应用的特色,以期为临床治疗前列腺疾病提供新的理论探讨。Horn medicine is an organic combination of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,which is an expansion of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve the clinical curative effect.Schisandra chinensis has the effect of astringent essence,astringent fluid,calming the heart and tonifying the kidney.it is often used in the treatment of slippery semen enuresis,persistent diarrhea,fluid injury and thirst,spontaneous sweating,palpitation and insomnia,internal heat and thirst,and many diseases,which are commonly used in clinical treatment of prostate diseases.In the Dunhuang suicide note,Schisandra chinensis is commonly used with traditional Chinese medicine such as warming yang and transforming qi,nourishing kidney yin,warming kidney yang,dispelling cold,tonifying kidney and solidifying essence.It is used to treat male prostate disease with kidney yin deficiency syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,liver and kidney deficiency cold syndrome,and the clinical effect is quite good.Through the examples of the clinical application of Schisandra chinensis horn medicine in Dunhuang suicide note,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the compatible application of Schisandra chinensis horn medicine,in order to provide a new theoretical discussion for the clinical treatment of prostate diseases.
