摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌组织HPV16 E7蛋白表达水平与患者预后的关系。方法以购自上海芯超生物科技有限公司的宫颈癌及癌旁正常宫颈黏膜组织芯片为研究材料。该芯片收集了117例2010至2011年间宫颈癌患者的癌组织样本(其中配对的癌组织和癌旁正常宫颈黏膜组织样本35例,单独癌组织样本82例)。采用免疫组化染色法检测宫颈癌及癌旁正常宫颈黏膜组织HPV16 E7蛋白表达水平,并比较HPV16 E7蛋白高表达与低表达患者的预后情况。结果HPV16 E7蛋白表达于细胞质及细胞核。宫颈癌组织HPV16 E7蛋白表达水平高于癌旁正常宫颈黏膜组织(P<0.05)。细胞质HPV16 E7蛋白低表达患者5年生存率高于高表达患者(81.4%比66.2%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低表达患者5年无复发生存率高于高表达患者(79.1%比60.8%,P<0.05)。细胞核HPV16 E7蛋白高表达与低表达患者5年生存率、5年无复发生存率比较差异均无统计学意义(70.8%比75.0%、68.5%比64.3%,均P>0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织HPV16 E7蛋白表达水平与患者无复发生存期密切相关,高表达者预后不良。Objective To study the relationship between the expression of HPV16 E7 protein and the prognosis of cervical cancer.Methods The expression of HPV16 E7 protein in cancer tissue and adjacent normal cervical mucosa samples from 117 patients with cervical cancer admitted from 2010 to 2011 was detected by immunohistochemical staining with tissue microarray.The correlation between HPV16 E7 expression and the prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results The expression level of HPV16 E7 protein in cervical cancer was higher than that in adjacent normal cervical mucosa(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 5-year survival rate between patients with low and high cytoplasmic HPV16 E7 protein expression(81.4%vs.66.2%,P>0.05).While the 5-year recurrence free survival rate in patients with low HPV16 E7 expression was higher than that with high HPV16 E7 expression(79.1%vs.60.8%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 5-year survival rate and 5-year recurrence free survival rate between patients with high and low expression of nuclear HPV16 E7 protein(70.8%vs.75.0%,68.5%vs.64.3%,both P>0.05).Conclusion HPV16 E7 protein is closely related to recurrence free survival.The high expression of HPV16 E7 protein in cervical cancer suggests a poor prognosis.
