推拿治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的手法应用现状

摘　　要：整理近年来运用推拿手法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的相关文献,手法包括卧位牵顿手法、杠杆定位手法、三小定点手法、后伸侧扳手法、平衡正脊手法、平乐平脊手法、倒悬推拿手法等。推拿治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯症临床疗效显著、患儿痛苦小、依从性好,但仍存在如采用各式手法细节缺乏明确的量化值、治疗效果具有不稳定性、各手法之间的疗效缺乏比较、研究仍以小样本非随机对照实验为主、证据不足等问题,仍需开展更高质量的研究予以证实。This paper sorts out the relevant literature on the application of tuina manipulation in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS)in recent years,including sudden-traction manipulation in supine position,lever positioning manipulation,three designated chiropractic manipulation,backward stretching-sideward pulling manipulation,balancing and correcting the spine manipulation,Pingle balancing the spine manipulation and overhanging tuina manipulation etc.Tuina therapy for AIS has significant clinical efficacy,less pain and good compliance,but there still exists some problems,such as the lack of clear quantitative values for the details of various manipulations,unstable therapeutic effects,lack of comparison among the efficacy of various manipulations,research mainly based on small sample non-randomized controlled trials,insufficient evidence and so on,so higher quality research is still needed to confirm it.
