摘 要:实验技术队伍是高校实验室高效有序运行的中坚力量。在“双一流”“新工科”建设背景下,实验室建设投入不断增加,实验室安全管理日趋严格,因此有必要加强高校实验技术队伍建设,制定合理有效的实验技术岗位编制核算方法。根据学校实际情况,将实验技术人员按照工作内容进行分类,明确各类人员岗位职责,并基于各学院实验技术人员的岗位职责和实际工作量建立计算数据模型,设置权重参数,并进行定性和定量相结合的核算。该核算方法可作为实验技术人员聘任、考核、晋升的依据。The experimental technical team is the backbone force of the orderly operation of the university laboratory.Under the background of“Double-first class”and“New engineering”construction,the investment in laboratory construction is constantly increasing and the laboratory safety management is increasingly strict,which requires universities to strengthen the construction of experimental technical team and formulate reasonable and effective accounting methods for the organization of experimental technical posts.According to the actual situation of the university,the experimental technicians are classified according to their work content,and their job responsibilities are defined.The calculation data model is established based on the job responsibilities and actual workload of the experimental technicians in each school,and the weight parameters are set up to carry out qualitative and quantitative calculation.This method is the basis for the appointment,assessment and promotion of the experimental technicians.
