摘　　要：本文结合日照疏港铁路跨疏港大道特大桥架梁施工,根据单线简支T梁和架桥机倒装龙门的结构形式、倒装T梁时的受力分析,采取了在T梁上加装架桥机倒装龙门专用底座,再将倒装龙门支立在专用底座上,以便有效地解决长大桥T梁换装这一难题,不仅大大提高了架梁施工效率,而且有效保证了架梁施工安全。本文为类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。Based on the erection construction of Super Large Bridge over Shugang Avenue in Rizhao Shugang railway,the structural form of single-track simple supported t-beam and Gantry Crane t-beam and the analysis of the forces acting on inverted t-beam,a special base for Gantry Crane is installed on t-beam,then Gantry Crane is erected on the special base,so as to effectively solve the problem of t-beam reloading of the long-span bridge,which not only greatly improves the construction efficiency of erecting the beam,but also effectively ensures the construction safety of erecting the beam.This article provides reference for similar construction.
