摘 要:为提高农户收入,降低物流成本,引入了果蔬最高日销售量和最低托盘表面积利用率等约束,将托盘单元化物流原理融入0-1背包问题和车辆路径优化问题,建立农户利润最大模型。模型用改进遗传算法求解,并用算例对算法的有效性和模型参数的敏感性进行验证和分析。研究结果表明:算法具有稳定性;一定的范围内模型对最低托盘表面积利用率、装卸时间、最高销售量限制、车辆数量、车辆行驶速度、车辆变动成本的变化比较敏感;单元化物流下销售与配送一体化有利于提高农户收入。In order to increase farmers′income and reduce logistics costs,constraints such as maximum daily sales of fruits and vegetables and minimum pallet surface area utilization,were introduced.The principle of pallet unitized logistics was integrated into the 0-1 knapsack problem and vehicle routing optimization problem to establish the maximum profit model of farmers.The model was solved by improved genetic algorithm.The effectiveness of the algorithm and the sensitivity of model parameters were verified and analyzed by examples.The results show that the algorithm is stable.Within a certain range,the model is sensitive to the changes of the minimum pallet surface area utilization,loading and unloading time,maximum daily sales limit,vehicle quantity,vehicle travel speed and vehicle variable cost.The integration of sales and distribution under unitized logistics is conducive to improving the income of farmers.
