摘　　要：目的:对比子宫肌瘤患者应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术和经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年5月于江西省景德镇市第二人民医院治疗的94例子宫肌瘤患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术,研究组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。对比两组患者的近期疗效、术中出血量以及炎症因子水平。结果:研究组近期总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院天数均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,研究组炎症因子水平均显著低于对照组,生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果显著优于经阴道子宫肌瘤切除术,能够提高患者的近期疗效,降低患者炎症因子水平,避免患者手术中出血过多,有利于提高患者生活质量,值得广泛应用。Objective:To compare the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy and transvaginal myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids.Method:A total of 94 patients with uterine fibroids treated in Jiangxi Jingdezhen Second People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group used transvaginal myomectomy,and the study group used laparoscopic myomectomy.The short-term curative effect,intraoperative blood loss and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Result:The short-term total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,the time to get out of bed,and the length of stay in the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss during operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).3 d after surgery,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids is significantly better than that of transvaginal myomectomy,which can improve the short-term efficacy of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,avoid excessive bleeding during surgery,and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of widespread application.
