摘  要:针对传统方法求解回程误差过程复杂且通用性不强的问题,采用摆线针轮轮齿接触分析模型求解回程误差。基于直线法修形齿廓,建立对应摆线针轮轮齿接触数学模型,求解并绘制回程误差曲线。试验结果表明:通过轮齿接触分析模型求解的回程误差与实际测量的回程误差基本保持一致,理论回程误差值是实际减速器测量回程误差的73%。Aiming at the problem that the traditional method was complex and not universal,the cycloid pinwheel tooth contact analysis model was used to solve the lost motion. Based on the straight line method to modify the tooth profile,the tooth contact mathematical model of the corresponding cycloidal pinwheel was established,and the lost motion curve was solved and drawn. The test showed that the lost motion solved by the tooth contact analysis model is basically consistent with the actual measured lost motion, and the theoretical lost motion value is 73% of the measured lost motion of the actual reducer.
