摘 要:输电线路覆冰在秋冬季节较为常见,人工除冰效率低且危险性较高,而现有的除冰机器人设计上更注重于除冰的机械性能忽略了在覆冰初期主动除冰的重要性导致除冰效果不佳,本文设计一种主动除冰机器人后台监控系统能够在覆冰初期智能预测主动除冰作业,能大幅降低覆冰可能和除冰难度,实现智能化除冰。该系统由除冰机器人本体、数据采集装置、通信模块和数据处理后台组成。该系统实现了实时监控、覆冰预测和主动除冰的功能,有助于提高电网供电可靠性,减小覆冰造成的危害。The icing phenomenon of transmission line is of frequent occurrence in autumn and winter,and the efficiency of artificial deicing is low and the risk is high.However,the previous deicing robots are focus on the mechanical performance of deicing and ignore the importance of active deicing in the early stage of icing,which leads to poor deicing effect.In this paper,a background monitoring system of the active deicing robot is designed to intelligently predict the active deicing operation in the early stage of icing.It can greatly reduce the possibility of icing and the difficulty of deicing,and realize intelligent deicing.This system is composed of deicing robot body,data acquisition device,communication module and data processing background.The system realizes the functions of real-time monitoring,icing prediction and active deicing,which is helpful to improve the reliability of power supply and reduce the damage caused by icing.
