摘  要:车辆可靠性作为其质量水平的重要体现,正不断受到重视。以往车辆可靠性研究手段侧重于定性分析,且使用较为繁琐。为满足定量分析需求,选取了AMSAA模型进行车辆可靠性评估。由于车辆试验过程存在变环境、多路况的特点,数据不适合直接使用。为了解决该问题,采用环境折合系数来实现不同环境下数据的转化与统一。在求解折合系数时,以粒子群算法代替穷举法,来提高求解速度。最后通过实例分析,验证了本评估方法的有效性与合理性,具有实用价值。Vehicle reliability,as an important embodiment of its quality level,is being paid increasing attention.Previous reliability research methods lay emphasis on qualitative analysis,which is more complicated to use.In order to meet the requirements of quantitative analysis,the AMSAA model was selected for vehicle reliability evaluation.Due to the characteristics of variable environment and multi-road conditions in vehicle test process,the data is not suitable for direct use.In order to solve this problem,the environmental conversion coefficient is used to realize data transformation and unification in different environments.Particle Swarm Optimization is used to replace the exhaustive method to improve the solving speed.The validity and rationality of the evaluation method are verified by an example analysis.
