摘 要:目的探讨散光与儿童眼轴长度变化的相关性。方法采集3~12岁儿童132名264眼,记录双眼的眼轴长度(AL)、柱镜屈光度(RA)、角膜总散光(TA)、角膜前表面散光度数(AA)、角膜后表面散光度数(PA)等数值,同时将散光的生物学参数通过向量分析方法计算数据。用Pearson或Spearman相关分析及线性回归分析年龄、RA、PA、AA和PA与AL的相关性。结果纳入的132名儿童平均年龄7.88±2.40岁。年龄与AL之间呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。RA、TA、AA、PA与AL均呈现显著的负相关(P<0.05)。对比其相关系数发现,AA (R=-0.366)与PA (R=-0.301)对AL长度均有显著影响。年龄与RA、TA、AA、PA存在明显的相关关系(P<0.05)。TA与RA、AA、PA之存在显著的正相关(P<0.05),AA与PA之间的相关性更显著(P<0.01)。结论年龄、RA、TA、AA以及PA的变化对AL均会产生相应的影响。其中AA、PA的变化与AL的相关性同样较为显著。在3~12岁儿童AL改变的相关因素分析中,PA产生的影响不可忽视。PA在AL的变化中可能具有重要意义。Objective Exploring the correlation with astigmatism and eye axis length in children.Methods A total of264 eyes of 132 children who’s age 3~12 were collected.Axial length(AL),cylindrical refractive astigmatism(RA),total astigmatism(TA),anterior astigmatism(AA),posterior astigmatism(PA),etc.of the subjects’ eyes were recorded and the biological parameters of astigmatism were calculated by vector analysis method.Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression were developed to evaluate the correlations between age,RA,PA,AA,PA and AL.Results The average age of the included 132 children was 7.88±2.40.Age was significantly positively correlated(P <0.05) with AL.RA,TA,AA,PA and AL all showed a significant negative correlation(P<0.05).Comparing the correlation coefficients,we found that AA(R=-0.366)and PA(R=-0.301) had a significant effect on AL.Age was negatively correlated with RA,TA,AA and PA(P<0.05),while age had the strongest correlation with RA.Besides,TA held a significant positive correlation with RA,AA,and PA(P <0.05),and the correlation between AA and PA was more significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The changes of age,RA,TA,AA,and PA all had impacts on AL.Furthermore,AA and PA were more significant among them.In the analysis of factors related to the axial length of children aged 3~12 years,the influence of astigmatism on the posterior surface of the cornea couldn’t be ignored.PA may be significant for AL.
