摘 要:针对机场填缝材料综合性能不足,易造成水分下渗进而损坏道面的问题,制备了一种碳纤维改性聚合物水泥复合填缝材料。对5种不同碳纤维掺量的聚合物水泥复合填缝材料试件进行拉伸试验,通过测量试件的拉伸强度、变形、能耗性能指标,分析了碳纤维掺量与填缝材料拉伸强度、拉伸模量、拉伸峰值应变、断裂伸长率、拉伸韧度的关系,研究了碳纤维对聚合物水泥复合填缝材料综合拉伸力学性能的影响。结果表明:碳纤维通过复合材料机理和纤维桥连作用提高聚合物水泥复合填缝材料的整体性,进而增强聚合物水泥复合填缝材料的综合拉伸力学性能;随着碳纤维掺量的增大,聚合物水泥复合填缝材料的拉伸变形性能逐渐降低,拉伸强度性能不断增强,拉伸能耗性能先升高后降低;碳纤维掺量为0.10%时,聚合物水泥复合填缝材料的综合拉伸力学性能最佳。Aiming at the problem that the comprehensive performance of airport sealing materials is insufficient,it is easy to cause water infiltration and damage the pavement surface,a carbon fiber(CF)modified polymer cement-based composite sealing material was prepared.Ten specimens of five kinds of the sealing materials with different CF content were subjected to tensile test.By measuring the tensile strength,deformation and energy consumption performance indexes of the test piece,the relationship between the CF content and the tensile strength,tensile modulus,peak tensile strain,elongation at break,and tensile toughness of the sealing material was analyzed.The effect of CF on the comprehensive tensile mechanical properties of the sealing material was studied.The results shown that the CF can improve the integrity of the sealing material through the mechanism of composite materials and fiber bridging,and reinforced the comprehensive performance of the sealing material.With the increase of the amount of CF,the tensile deformation performance of the joint filler gradually decreased,the tensile strength performance continues to increase,and the tensile energy consumption performance increased first and then decreased When the CF content was 0.10%,the comprehensive tensile mechanical properties of the sealing material was the best.
