摘 要:本研究探讨了不同提取方法研究对栀子籽油品质影响,以提高栀子籽的综合利用率。采用压榨法、正己烷浸出法和丁烷亚临界萃取法提取了栀子籽油,比较不同提取方法对出油率、理化性质、脂肪酸组成及主要不皂化物成分含量的影响。结果表明:丁烷亚临界萃取法出油率最高;丁烷亚临界萃取法得到的栀子籽油理化性质最佳;提取方法对栀子籽油脂肪酸组成的影响较小,其不饱和脂肪酸质量分数为73.93%~76.82%,其中亚油酸质量分数为53.27%~54.09%,油酸质量分数为19.48%~21.32%,主要不皂化物成分含量更高。综合考虑丁烷亚临界萃取法得到的栀子籽油品质最佳。The effects of different extraction methods on quality of gardenia oil were investigated to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of gardenia seed oil.Expression method,n-hexane leaching and butane subcritical fluid extraction were used to extract gardenia seed oil.The physicochemical properties,fatty acid composition and main unsaponifiable components were determined and compared by comparing the oil yield.The results indicated that:the yield of oil by butane subcritical extraction was the highest and the physicochemical properties were the best;the influence of extraction method on fatty acid composition of gardenia seed oil was small,and the content of unsaturated fatty acid was 73.93%~76.82%,in which linoleic acid content was(53.27%~54.09%),oleic acid content was(19.48%~21.32%);linoleic acid content was(53.27%~54.09%),oleic acid content was(19.48%~21.32%);linoleic acid content was higher than that of common.The content of main unsaponifiable components in Gardenia seed oil obtained by butane critical extraction method was higher.In conclusion,the quality of gardenia seed oil obtained by butane subcritical extraction was the best.
