摘　　要：目的调查口腔癌手术患者医院感染现状,探讨医院感染危险因素,为医院感染防控提供科学依据。方法前瞻性目标监测调查2019年1月—2020年12月山东省某三甲医院口腔颌面外科的口腔癌患者,分析口腔癌手术患者医院感染的发生率及危险因素。结果本研究纳入394例口腔癌手术患者,发生医院感染58例,医院感染率为14.72%;总住院天数≥14 d、合并糖尿病和气管切开是口腔癌手术患者医院感染的独立危险因素。结论口腔癌手术患者为感染高危人群,应针对危险因素采取预防措施,降低医院感染率。Objective To investigate the status of nosocomial infection in patients undergoing oral cancer surgery,and to explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection.Methods Prospective target monitoring was used to investigate the oral cancer patients in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department of a level A tertiary hospital in Shandong Province from January 2019 to December 2020,and the incidence and risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients undergoing oral cancer surgery were analyzed.Results A total of 394 patients undergoing oral cancer surgery were included in this study,and there were 58 cases of nosocomial infection,with a nosocomial infection rate of 14.72%;total hospital stay≥14 d,combination with diabetes and tracheotomy were independent risk factors for nosocomial infection in patients undergoing oral cancer surgery.Conclusion Patients undergoing oral cancer surgery are at high risk of infection,and preventive measures should be taken to reduce the rate of nosocomial infections according to risk factors.
