芍药汤联合艾迪莎治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芍药汤联合艾迪莎治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年12月我院收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者110例,根据治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各55例。对照组实施艾迪莎治疗,研究组实施芍药汤联合艾迪莎治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平和症状积分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.55%(52/55),明显高于对照组的83.64%(46/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药物干预前两组炎性因子水平无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗,两组TNF-α及IL-4水平均改善,研究组TNF-α水平低于对照组,IL-4水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组脓便血、腹泻、腹痛的症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对溃疡性结肠炎施以芍药汤联合艾迪莎治疗,疗效较好,值得推广。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shaoyao decoction combined with aidisa in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:110 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aidisha,and the study group was treated with oral Shaoyao decoction combined with aidisha.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.55%(52/55),which was significantly higher than 83.64%(46/55)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before drug intervention(P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-4 in the two groups were improved,the level of TNF-αin the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of IL-4 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of TNF-αin the study group was higher than that in the symptom scores of purulent hematochezia,diarrhea and abdominal pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Shaoyao decoction combined with aidisa in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is good,which is worthy of promotion and application.
