摘　　要：提升节点企业风险承担能力对于维护供应链安全稳定具有重要的作用。本文基于2013—2020年A股上市公司数据,实证检验供应链数字化转型对节点企业风险承担能力的影响效应、发生机制及异质性表现。研究发现:供应链数字化显著提升了企业风险承担,有力维护了供应链安全稳定,且这种影响是即时且可持续的,经多项稳健性检验后结论依然成立。机制检验结果表明:供应链数字化通过发挥信息效应、融资效应和学习效应提升了企业风险承担。进一步研究发现:企业内外部环境的差异会导致供应链数字化作用效果的非对称性,在非国有企业、公司治理水平较高的企业或供应链运营环境较差的企业中,供应链数字化对风险承担的影响更显著。It is self-evident that enhancing the risk-taking capacity of node enterprises plays an important role in maintaining the security and stability of supply chain.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2020,this paper empirically tests the effect,mechanism and heterogeneity of the digital transformation of supply chain on the risk-taking capacity of node enterprises.It is found that the digitalization of supply chain has significantly promoted the risk-taking of enterprises,effectively maintained the security and stability of supply chain,and this influence is immediate and sustainable,and the conclusion is still valid after a number of robustness tests.The mechanism test results show that the digitalization of supply chain promotes the risk-taking of enterprises by exerting information effect,financing effect and learning effect.Further research shows that the difference between the internal and external environment of enterprises will lead to the asymmetry of the effect of supply chain digitalization.In non-state-owned enterprises,enterprises with high corporate governance level or enterprises with poor supply chain operation environment,the influence of supply chain digitalization on risk bearing is more significant.
