摘 要:本文基于目标导向教育(OBE)理念构建法医学本科专业人才培养体系,根据社会对法医学专业人才的需求明确培养目标,依据培养目标提出7个毕业要求,将7个毕业要求分解为28个可落实、可评价的指标点,据此设置课程体系、教育模式及评价模式。培养目标和毕业要求可谓"一纲七目",课程体系和教育活动均服务于该"一纲七目",环环相扣,科学精准。配套完善的教学评价体系获得社会和学生的反馈,实现持续改进,为一流专业建设筑牢坚实架构。This paper developed a program for training forensic undergraduate talents,basing on objective based education(OBE).The training goal was determined according to the society’s needs for forensic professionals.Based on the training goals,7 standards for graduation were proposed,which were further interpreted to 28 key points.On the basis of the 28 key points,the curriculum system,education and evaluation model were set up.Therefore,the graduation standards were implementable and evaluable.The training goal and graduation standards can be described as“One outline and Seven items”,which were supported and achieved by the curriculum system and educational activities.The corresponding reasonable evaluation systems for education were also established to get feedback from the society and students and to achieve continuous improvement.This program based on OBE build a solid basis for the development of the first-class major.
