摘  要:合作创新是供应链企业技术升级的重要实现途径,但在本土企业创新能力不足的情况下存在创新失败的风险,国际技术溢出效应的外部性为供应链企业合作创新的成功实施带来了新机遇。本文基于有限理性下的演化博弈理论,构建了引入国际技术溢出系数和吸收能力系数的供应链企业合作创新的演化博弈模型,研究了不同国际技术溢出效应和技术吸收能力下核心企业与中小企业的策略选择问题。研究结果显示:国际技术溢出效应超出一定门槛值后,双方策略选择便不会再受初始合作意愿的影响,此时国际技术溢出效应越高,双方策略收敛于合作创新的速度越快;相比国际技术溢出效应,双方策略选择对技术吸收能力的变化更敏感。最后提出相应对策建议,以期推动供应链企业更好地利用国际技术溢出进行合作创新。Cooperative innovation is an important way to realize the technological upgrading of supply chain enterprises, but there is a risk of innovation failure when the innovation ability of local enterprises is insufficient, and the externality of international technology spillover effect brings new opportunities for the successful implementation of cooperative innovation of supply chain enterprises. Based on the evolutionary game theory under bounded rationality, this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of cooperative innovation of supply chain enterprises by introducing international technology spillover coefficient and absorptive capacity coefficient, and studies the strategy choice between core enterprises and SMEs under different international technology spillover effects and absorptive capacities. The results show that :When the international technology spillover effect exceeds a certain threshold, the strategic choice of the two parties will no longer be affected by the initial willingness to cooperate. The higher the international technology spillover effect is, the faster the two parties’ strategies converge to cooperative innovation.Compared with international technology spillover effect, the strategic choice of both sides is more sensitive to the change of technology absorptive capacity. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote supply chain enterprises to make better use of international technology spillovers for cooperative innovation.
