摘　　要：目的:分析S-100吸收性止血绫在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中的作用。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年4月唐山市人民医院肿瘤医院泌尿外二科收治的60例接受腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。观察组术中在盆腔淋巴结清扫创面放置S-100吸收性止血绫,对照组术中不放置任何止血材料。对比两组术后引流量、术后出血量、拔除引流管时间和住院时间。结果:观察组术后1、2、3 d的引流量及总引流量均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组引流管拔除时间是术后(6.12±0.96)d,早于对照组的(7.07±1.33)d(P<0.05)。观察组术后住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用S-100吸收性止血绫可有效地减少腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术术后创面渗血渗液的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of S-100 absorbable hemostatic satin in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Method:From January 2018 to April 2021,sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in the Second Department of Urology,Cancer Hospital,Tangshan People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).In the observation group,S-100 absorbable hemostatic satin was placed in the surface of the wound of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.In the control group,no hemostatic material was placed during the operation.The postoperative drainage volume,postoperative bleeding,drainage tube removal time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:The drainage volume and total postoperative drainage volume in the observation group was significantly less than those in the control group on the 1,2 and 3 days after operation,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The drainage tube removal time in the observation group was (6.12±0.96) d,which was significantly earlier than (7.07±1.33) d in the control group (P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of S-100 absorbable hemostatic satin can effectively reduce the occurrence of bleeding and exudate in wound after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy operation.
