乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块患者的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年1月潮州市中心医院80例乳腺良性肿块患者,依据患者住院号单双数分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用乳腺区段切除术,对照组采用传统乳腺肿块切除术。比较两组术后肿块残留、手术指标、乳房美观评分及患者乳房美观满意度。结果:两组患者乳腺良性肿块均得到彻底清除,术后检查未发现肿块残留。两组术中出血量、切口长度、切口愈合时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间短于对照组,乳房美观度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者乳房美观满意度的97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块患者效果显著,患者乳腺肿块清除彻底的同时能有效缩短手术时间,患者乳房美观程度与满意度均有明显提升,具有较高价值。Objective:To study the clinical effect of segmental mastectomy in the treatment of benign breast masses.Method:A total of 80 patients with benign breast mass in Chaozhou Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the odd and even number of patients hospitalized,with 40 cases in each group.Segmental mastectomy of breast was performed in the observation group and conventional lumpectomy was performed in the control group.Postoperative tumor residue,surgical indicators,breast aesthetic score and breast aesthetic satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:Two groups of patients with benign breast masses were completely removed,postoperative examination found no residual mass.There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,incision length and incision healing time between two groups (P>0.05).The surgical time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the breast beauty score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of breast beauty of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of segmental mastectomy in the treatment of patients with benign breast masses is significant,the removal of breast masses can effectively shorten the surgical time,and the degree of beauty and satisfaction of patients with breast are significantly improved,which has higher value.
