内镜下高频电凝与胃三联方案治疗慢性胃炎隆起糜烂型的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析内镜下高频电凝与胃三联方案治疗慢性胃炎隆起糜烂型的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年11月90例确诊为慢性胃炎隆起糜烂型研究对象资料,均于屏南县总医院接受治疗。以随机数字表法分组原则划分组别,45例归对照组,45例归试验组。对照组采用单一胃三联方案治疗,试验组采用内镜下高频电凝联合胃三联方案治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率、治疗前后临床症状评分及生活质量情况。结果:试验组与对照组治疗有效率(95.56% vs 80.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组腹胀、嗳气反酸与上腹疼痛评分较对照组低(P<0.05);在生活质量上,社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能及物质生活的评分数据方面,试验组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:在单一采用胃三联方案的基础上与内镜下高频电凝实施联合治疗,更有利于改善慢性胃炎隆起糜烂型患者的疾病症状,提高疗效,并提升其生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and gastric triple therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis with protrusion and erosion.Method:A total of 90 cases of chronic gastritis with protrusion and erosion in Pingnan County Hospital were selected from April 2018 to November 2019.According to the principle of random number table,they were divided into 45 cases of control group and 45 cases of experimental group.The control group was treated with single gastric triple therapy,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation combined with gastric triple therapy.The effective rate,the scores of symptom and life quality before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 95.56% vs 80.00%,the difference was significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,belching acid reflux and upper abdominal pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of social function,physical function,psychological function and material life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of single gastric triple therapy,endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation is more conducive to improve the symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis,improve the therapeutic effect and improve their quality of life.
