摘  要:试验旨在研究没食子酸(GA)和三甲胺N-氧化物(TMAO)对体外瘤胃发酵和三甲胺(TMA)代谢的影响。通过瘤胃体外模拟试验分析瘤胃底物消失率、总产气量、发酵参数和TMA代谢情况,设置对照组、15 mg GA/g DM组、5 mg TMAO/g DM组、5 mg TMAO+15 mg GA/g DM组,每组4个重复,培养时间24 h。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加TMAO有提高24 h瘤胃DM消失率(DMD)的趋势(P=0.08),提高了粗蛋白消失率(CPD)(P<0.01)、总产气量(P=0.02)和累积三甲胺氮(TMA-N)浓度(P<0.01);与对照组相比,添加GA降低了CPD(P<0.01),对累积TMA-N浓度没有影响(P>0.05);与TMAO组相比,同时添加TMAO和GA降低了CPD和累积TMA-N浓度(P<0.01)。由此可见,TMAO促进了体外瘤胃发酵,并提高了TMA浓度,GA对底物中TMA前体物质代谢产生TMA的影响很小,但降低了TMAO瘤胃代谢产生的TMA。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of gallic acid(GA)and trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO)on rumen fermentation and trimethylamine(TMA)metabolism Metabolism.The substrate disappearance rate,total gas production,fermentation parameters and TMA metabolism were analyzed by an Metabolism rumen-simulated experiment.Four treatment groups were set up:control,15 mg GA/g DM,5 mg TMAO/g DM,5 mg TMAO+15 mg GA/g DM with 4 replicates within each group.The incubation time was 24 h.The results showed that added TMAO tended to increase 24 h ruminal disappearance rate of DM(DMD)(P=0.08),and increased disappearance rate of crude protein(CPD)(P<0.01),total gas production(P=0.02)and cumulative concentration of TMA-N(P<0.01),GA addition decreased CPD(P<0.01)and had no effect on cumulative concentration of TMA-N(P>0.05),compared with the control group..Compared with the TMAO group,adding both TMAO and GA decreased CPD and cumulative concentration of TMA-N(P<0.05).Therefore,TMAO promoted Metabolism rumen fermentation and simultaneously increased TMA concentration.GA had little effect on TMA production derived from substrate,but decreased TMA produced by rumen metabolism of TMAO.
