摘  要:武汉沌口长江大桥为主跨760m双塔双索面斜拉桥,主梁为钢箱梁,详细介绍了无应力索长控制的梁段快速安装技术,基于倾角传感测量的梁段智能化匹配安装控制技术,基于三维激光扫描仪测控的宽幅钢箱梁合龙口形态精准识别技术,以及基于几何控制法的桥梁安全监控技术和平台。工程实践表明,在应用这些技术后,在保证施工安全的同时,有效缩短了施工工期,减少了测量和测试工作量,实现了上部结构施工的全过程控制。The main bridge of Zhuankou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is a semi-floating system steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with double pylons and double cable planes, and with a main span of 760 m. The cables of the bridge are used by one time tensioning method to the target cable length. The current segment parameter identification and the next segment fine matching are optimized at the same time. The intelligent matching and installation control technology of beam segment based on inclination sensor measurement is developed. Based on three-dimensional laser measurement and control technology, the accurate identification technology and method of wide closure shape parameters are proposed. The bridge safety monitoring technology and platform based on geometric control method are developed. While ensuring the construction safety, it effectively shortens the construction period, reduces the test workload, realizes the whole process control of the structure and the target state of the final control, and good implementation effect is achieved.
