摘 要:动脉粥样硬化是多种急慢性心脑血管疾病的共同发病机理,受感人群广泛。近年来,祖国医学在防治动脉粥样硬化上发挥重要作用,深入探究中医药治疗动脉粥样硬化的药理机制有利于指导临床用药及新药开发。因此,如何精准建立动脉粥样硬化的病证结合动物模型亟待解决。本文就动脉粥样硬化病证结合动物模型的研究进展进行综述,以期为中医实验研究动物模型的制备提供依据。Atherosclerosis is the common pathogenesis of many acute and chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which are affected by a wide range of people.In recent years,Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis,and in-depth exploration of the pharmacological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of atherosclerosis is beneficial to guide clinical drug use and new drug development.Therefore,it is urgent to establish accurate animal model of atherosclerosis combining disease and syndrome.This paper reviews the research progress of animal models of atherosclerosis combining disease and syndrome to provide basis for animal models of traditional Chinese medicine experimental research.
