自拟解毒疏肝方联合吲哚美辛栓对原发性肝癌介入术后综合征患者肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨自拟解毒疏肝方联合吲哚美辛栓对原发性肝癌介入术后综合征患者治疗效果及肝功能的影响。方法:选取2018年7月~2020年7月期间收治的84例原发性肝癌介入术后综合征患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各42例。对照组给予吲哚美辛栓治疗,观察组增加自拟解毒疏肝方治疗。评估比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状评分、肝功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率90.48%(38/42),高于对照组患者73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状评分包括恶心呕吐、肝区疼痛、腹泻、发热等评分均低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(STB)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为14.29%(6/42)、9.52%(4/42),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟解毒疏肝方联合吲哚美辛栓对原发性肝癌介入术后综合征患者治疗效果显著,降低肝功能指标水平,治疗安全性良好。Objective To study the effect of JieduShugan decoction combined with indomethacin suppository on the treatment effect and liver function of patients with syndrome after interventional operation of primary liver cancer.Method From July 2018 to July 2020,84 patients with primary liver cancer syndrome after interventional surgery were selected and randornly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with indomethacin suppository,and the observation group JieduShugan decoction.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,liver function index,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%(38/42),than 73.81%(31/42)of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores including nausea and vomiting,liver pain,diarrhea and fever in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of GGT,ALP and STB in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 14.29%(6/42),9.52%(4/42),respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made JieduShugan decoction combined with indomethacin suppository has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with post-operative syndrome of primary liver cancer after interventional operation,improve the immune function of patients,with good treatment safety.
