国家治理现代化视域下的公民精神培育问题研究

摘　　要：国家治理现代化视域下,公民精神的培育具有重要意义。公民精神是国家治理现代化的应有之义和价值支撑,也是国家治理现代化的重要助力,其高低直接关系国家治理现代化的成效。我国公民精神现状不太理想,本文通过分析公民精神缺失背后的原因,探究培育与提升公民精神的对策,以提升我国公民精神的发展水平,助力国家治理现代化。In the perspective of national governance modernization,the cultivation of civic spirit is of great significance.It is the due meaning and value support of national governance modernization,and also an important boost of national governance modernization.Its level is directly related to the effectiveness of national governance modernization.However,the current development of Chinese civic spirit is not optimistic in general,and its deficiency is mainly manifested as:lack of public spirit,weak spirit of responsibility,weak spirit of participation and insufficient spirit of tolerance.Therefore,the article finally from extending cultivation areas,promotes the citizen moral education,strengthens the management ability,citizen ability training and use of network media,fosters the subject of citizen consciousness,perfectsing the system construction and standard mechanism of citizen participation and so on four aspects of cultivating the spirit of the citizens,puts forward the countermeasures,to enhance the level of the development of the spirit of our citizens and help countries management modernization.
