摘　　要：药剂学是一门实践性很强的学科,其中的实验课教学对于培养学生的综合能力起到非常重要的作用。各类经典剂型的制备及质量检查是药剂学实验中的最重要内容,许多教材中叙述的实验步骤存在经验性操作,如果在教学过程中处理不当,往往会影响学生的学习体验和学习效果。本文以栓剂、颗粒剂的制备为例,通过将实验步骤中的经验性操作进行精细化设计,将验证性实验转化为探索性、设计性的实验项目。这一教学设计思路体现了“以学生为中心”的教学理念,不仅可以提高学生的学习效果和学习兴趣,也有利于培养学生的探索精神和认真细致的思维方式。Pharmaceutics is a practical discipline and its experiments teaching,which include the preparation and evaluation of various dosage forms,takes an active role in making the students to study actively and cultivating the comprehensive abilities.Some experiential manipulations are often involved in the preparation of dosage forms,which have negative impact on teaching.We quantified those experiential manipulations to transfer proof experiments into comprehensive designing experiments.This kind of teaching design,representing student-oriented ideology,can improve learning interest and effect and contributes to cultivate the spirit of exploration and careful pattern of thought.
