摘　　要：白细胞介素-1受体辅助蛋白(interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein,IL1RAP)是白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1信号通路的重要组分之一,参与IL-1/IL-1RⅠ(白细胞介素-1受体Ⅰ型,interleukin-1 receptorⅠ)/IL1RAP复合物的形成,募集衔接蛋白及下游信号中间体,激活蛋白激酶,最终诱导促炎介质的合成及急性期炎症反应的发生。另外,IL1RAP还参与调节神经突触形成,是免疫系统及神经系统之间的重要分子联系,可能参与了神经精神疾病的病理过程。该文结合既往IL1RAP在IL-1信号通路中作用的研究,对近年来IL1RAP在神经精神疾病(如神经胶质瘤、阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症等)中作用的最新研究成果进行综述,以期探索IL1RAP在这些疾病发病中的作用及机制,为其诊断及治疗提供理论支持。Interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein(IL1 RAP) is one of the important components of interleukin-1(IL-1) signaling pathway, which can participant in the formation of IL-1/IL-1 RⅠ(interleukin-1 receptor Ⅰ)/IL1 RAP complex and recruit adaptor proteins and downstream signal intermediates, further activate protein kinases, and ultimately induce the synthesis of proinflammatory mediators and the occurrence of acute inflammation response. In addition, IL1 RAP is also involved in regulating the formation of neural synapses, which is an important molecular link between immune system and nervous system, and may be involved in the pathological process of neuropsychiatric diseases. This paper reviews the latest research results of IL1 RAP in neuropsychiatric diseases(such as glioma, Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia, etc.) in recent years, in order to explore the role and mechanism of IL1 RAP in the pathogenesis of these diseases and provide theoretical support for its diagnosis and treatment.
