摘　　要：职业素养是大学生未来职业发展的关键。在各行业迅猛发展的时代,高职院校更要注重培养学生的职业素养。基于职业素养构建的课程体系主要包括教学理念、课程目标、课程内容和考核评价四个方面。将职业素养与人才培养进行多角度融合,结合现代化教学手段,利用混合式教学模式和任务驱动方式将职业素养融于课堂教学中,可以有效提升整体教学效果。Professional quality is the key to college students’ future career development.In the era of rapid development of various industries,higher vocational colleges should pay more attention to cultivating students’ professional quality.The curriculum system based on professional quality mainly includes four aspects:teaching concept,course objectives,course content,and assessment and evaluation.The overall teaching effect can be effectively improved by integrating professional quality with talent cultivation from multiple perspectives,combining modern teaching methods,and using mixed teaching mode and task-driven approach to integrate professional quality into classroom teaching.
