摘　　要：目的:探究在线健康社区中医患关系的影响因素,分析我国医患关系紧张的主要原因,为我国医患关系的改善提供新思路。方法:基于扎根理论,剖析了在线健康社区中用户负面评价所隐含的问题。结果:患者因素、医生因素和医院因素共同作用于医患交互模式,导致信息交互和情感交互异步,造成医患之间产生误解甚至导致矛盾。结论:目前在线健康社区中医患关系可以从用户提升自我感知价值、医生增强自身人文素养及医院完善运营制度3方面进行改善优化。Objective To provide the new ideas for improving the relationship between doctors and patients in our country by studying its influencing factors in online health community and analyzing the major reasons of their tense relationship.Methods The implicit problems of negative evaluation in online health community users were analyzed according to the visual angle of grounded theory.Results The factors of doctors,patients and hospitals acted in joint on the interaction mode of patients and doctors,which brought about the asynchronous information interaction and emotion interaction,misunderstanding and even conflicts between doctors and patients.Conclusion The present relationship between doctors and patients in online health community can be improved and optimized by increasing the perceived value of online health community users,strengthening the humanity literacy of doctors,and perfecting the operation system of hospitals.
