氧化锆全瓷修复应用于前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨氧化锆全瓷修复应用于前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者的效果。方法:选择2018年5月-2020年5月大连市口腔医院收治的81例(95颗前牙)前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复患者作为研究对象。按照患者选择的修复方法分为对照组40例(45颗)和观察组41例(50颗)。对照组给予金属烤瓷修复,观察组给予氧化锆全瓷修复。观察两组修复体边缘隐蔽性、修复情况、牙周指标及不良反应。结果:治疗后半年,观察组修复体边缘隐蔽性优于对照组,边缘密合度、美观、生物相容性、牙龈边缘染色评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组牙周指标较治疗前均降低,观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锆全瓷修复应用于前牙牙冠延长术后冠修复的患者隐蔽性和修复情况较好,可降低牙周指标水平改善牙周情况,同时能减少不良反应发生。Objective:To explore the effect of zirconia all ceramic restoration on patients with crown restoration after crown lengthening of anterior teeth.Method:From May 2018 to May 2020,81 patients(95 anterior teeth)with crown restoration after crown lengthening of anterior teeth admitted to Dalian Stomatological Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the repair methods selected by patients,they were divided into the control group with 40 cases(45 tablets)and the observation group with 41 cases(50 tablets).The control group was given metal porcelain restoration,and the observation group was given zirconia all ceramic restoration.The concealment of restoration edges,repair situation,periodontal indicators and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Result:Half a year after treatment,the concealment of restoration edges in the observation group was better than that in the control group,edge fit,aesthetics,biocompatibility and gingival edge staining scores were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal indicators of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zirconia all ceramic restorations are better in concealment and repair situation of patients with crown restoration after crown lengthening of anterior teeth,which can reduce the level of periodontal indicators and improve the periodontal condition,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
