摘  要:粤港澳大湾区图书馆合作时间比较长,合作深度、高度、广度都在不断发展,合作机制也得到不断建立,但也面临各城市的创新基础、图书馆发展程度参差不齐及文化差异的挑战。在助力“国际科技创新中心”建设过程中,在“一国两制”前提下以《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》为指引,树立“一盘棋”的协同服务新理念,搭建大湾区科技信息协同服务数智化总平台,建立健全大湾区图书馆的泛在智慧协同服务体系和各种协同服务机制,通过开展知识产权协同服务、建立全科馆员协同服务机制、建立专题专项研究的ERP协同服务系统等策略,为科技创新提供优质的信息协同服务。The cooperation between libraries in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has lasted for a long time.The depth,height and breadth of cooperation are developing,and the cooperation mechanism has been established.However,it is also faced with the challenges of innovation foundation,uneven development level of libraries and cultural differences in various cities.In the process of promoting the construction of the“international science and technology innovation center”,it is necessary to establish a new concept of“one game of chess”collaborative service under the premise of“one country,two systems”and under the guidance of Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area build a digital intelligence general platform for science and technology information collaborative service in Greater Bay Area and establish and improve the ubiquitous intelligent collaborative service system and various collaborative service mechanisms of Greater Bay Area’s libraries provide high-quality information collaboration services for scientific and technological innovation through strategies such as developing collaborative services for intellectual property establishing a collaborative service mechanism for general librarians and establishing an ERP collaborative service system for special research.
