摘 要:为积极适应国家医改政策导向,公立医院需探索建立适应我国医疗行业特点的公立医院薪酬制度,以体现医务人员技术劳动价值和公立医院公益性。介绍了武汉大学中南医院绩效管理的改革路径,提出由“随动型”绩效转变为“驱动型”绩效,以调研为基础,以科学方法为工具,重视员工高层次需求等建议,以不断提高医疗服务质量和水平,促进公立医院高质量发展。In order to actively adapt to the national medical reform policy orientation,public hospitals need to explore the establishment of public hospital salary system adapted to the characteristics of China's medical industry,in order to focus on reflecting the technical labor value of medical staff,and public hospital public welfare.This paper introduced the reform path of performance management of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University,and put forward suggestions of changing from"follow-up"performance to"driven"performance,based on investigation,using scientific methods as tools,attaching importance to high-level needs of employees,so as to constantly improve the quality and level of medical services and promote high-quality development of public hospitals.
