摘 要:目的基于PDCA管理理论改进医院行政总值班工作,助力医院管理水平的持续提升。方法运用问卷调查法分析医院总值班工作现状及存在问题,结合深入访谈法探求原因,制定PDCA改进方案,并对方案实施后的效果进行评价。结果行政总值班人员队伍及结构进一步优化,值班工作记录更加规范,人员专业知识和业务能力提升,工作满意度提升。结论运用PDCA管理工具有效改善了医院行政总值班工作,实现了医院管理水平的持续提升。Objective To improve work of the chief administrative duty in hospital based on PDCA management theory,and help the continuous improvement of hospital management level.Methods Through questionnaire survey method,the current situation and existing problems of the chief administrative duty work in hospital were analyzed,and the reasons were explored by in-depth interview method.The improvement plan of PDCA was formulated,and the effect of the plan was evaluated after implementation.Results The team and structure of the chief administrative duty personnel were further optimized,the duty work records were more standardized,the professional knowledge and business ability of the personnel were improved,and the job satisfaction was improved.Conclusion The PDCA management tool can effectively improve work of the chief administrative duty in hospital,and realize the continuous improvement of hospital management level.
