摘　　要：产业创新系统理论从系统观视角深化了产业创新分类理论和产业生命周期理论,以演化论方法拓展了正统经济学静态研究视角,克服了国家创新系统理论对产业创新解释的不足,引起学术界广泛关注与共鸣。通过系统分析相关文献,借助“内涵与理论基础—基本思想—理论应用—理论深化”框架评述了产业创新系统的理论发展脉络,提出了中国情境下开展产业创新系统研究的理论方向:探求数字技术驱动的产业创新系统新内涵和新机制,关注复杂外部环境下产业追赶与创新系统演化的关系,分析知识密集型创业带来的产业高质量发展新动能,研究中国情境下产业创新体系分类及公共政策等。The theory of sectoral system of innovation(SSI)has been widely concerned and resonant in academia since its introduction by Professor Franco Malerba.SSI deepens the understanding of the theory of classification of sectoral innovation and the theory of industry life cycle from the perspective of systematic view.It also expands the static research perspective of orthodox economics by the evolutionary method,and overcomes the deficiency of national innovation system view in interpreting sectoral innovation.The theory of SSI is widely used in many research fields such as dynamics and evolution analysis of sectoral innovation and sectoral catch-up,and has become one of the most influential innovation theories since the 21st century.At present,China is in a critical period of sectoral catch-up and innovation driven development facing with complex situations such as digital technology revolution and anti-globalization tendency.It is more possible to find out the problems and take countermeasures in China’s sectoral innovation practices by using the SSI theory.However,there is still a lack of integrated research on Malerba’s SSI theory.This paper collects 69 papers published in the core collection of Web of Science from 1985 to 2021 and other 11 related works by Professor Malerba,as well as 73 representative papers in China obtained via CNKI from 2003 to 2021,and reviews the development of SSI theory following the analytical framework of theoretical connotation and foundation-basic thought-theoretical application-theory deepening.The SSI theory focuses on the diversification of knowledge base and actors,and complexity of network relations and institutional policies which are key characteristics of sectoral innovation.Topics such as sectoral catch-up in developing countries and knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship(KIE)are discussed within the SSI framework,which continuously enriches the theoretical content from the perspective of classification and evolution of SSI.This paper also puts forward the theoretical direct
