摘  要:心理健康教育作为素质教育的一个重要方面,受到越来越多的教育界、心理学界等方面专家和一线教育工作者的重视。中职学校学生的心理健康状况,与学生的学习积极性、教师的教学、学校的发展等各方面都有着紧密的联系。文章通过分析中职学校学生心理健康问题的表现,探讨影响中职学生心理健康的因素,提出解决中职学生心理健康问题的对策:树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,建立学习自信以克服自卑心理,充分发挥家庭教育的作用,明确中职学校心理健康教育的目标。As an important aspect of quality education,mental health education has been paid attention to by more and more experts in education,psychology and front-line educators.The mental health status of secondary vocational school students is closely related to students'learning enthusiasm,teachers'teaching,school development and so on.By analyzing the performance of secondary vocational school students'mental health problems,this paper discusses the factors affecting secondary vocational school students'mental health,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve secondary vocational school students'mental health problems:establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,establish learning self-confidence to overcome inferiority complex,give full play to the effect of family education,and clarify the goal of secondary vocational school mental health education.
