摘 要:为了从土著环境中获得对富营养化水体具有良好脱氮除磷效果的反硝化聚磷菌,从洞庭湖采集样品,通过富集培养、BTB平板分离、富氮富磷培养基复筛等方法,筛选获得一株具有脱氮除磷性能的菌株,命名为DT4-2。结合形态特征和16S rRNA基因序列分析,鉴定该菌株为Gemmobacter lanyuensis。考察了DT4-2菌株对人工合成污水的脱氮除磷效果,结果显示:初始接种量2%时,菌体生长状况最好,在反应体系中作用8h除磷率可达96.7%,作用60h除氮率可达到83.3%,表明该菌株在富营养化水体脱氮除磷方面具有良好的应用前景。order to obtain highly-efficient denitrifying phosphorous-accumulating bacteria simultaneously removing nitrogen and phosphors,strains were isolated from the samples of Dongting Lake.One effective strain,named as DT4-2,was obtained by culturing with enrichment medium,then isolating with BTB plate,further screening with nitrogen and phosphorus rich medium.The strain was identified as Gemmobacterlanyuensisby morphological characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis.The effect of the strain on removing nitrogen and phosphorus in artificial wastewater was investigated.The results showed that strain DT4-2 could grow best with 2%initial inoculum,and the TP removal rate could reach 96.7%after 8h incubation,the TN removal rate was 83.3%after 60h in the reaction system.Therefore,the strain DT4-2 has a promising application prospect in eutrophic water treatment.
